Fantastic Day at Sea

Fabulous day! Probably the best weather yet….perfect. I spent 10 hours at the pool today. The weather was very sunny with a nice breeze. We are on our way to Grand Cayman. We should arrive around 8:00 am. I plan on being on the first tender to make the most of our stop there. I am hoping to meet friends there. I’ll be going to the beach where I normally stay when I go to Cayman. The last time I was there the beach had really been beat up. I hope that it has finally recovered some. The Captain told me that the wind might be up a bit which means that there will be a little wave action making the snorkeling poor. I’ll not plan on snorkeling tomorrow as a result. I have to be back to the ship a little earlier to meet the Captain on the bridge for sail away. Last night dinner was great. Captain Burgess joined our table for dinner. He is a tremendous guy and we really enjoyed his company. He is definitely one of the most visible Captains I have come across and definitely the most personable. Too bad he’ll be going on vacation on our next Barbados stop. Tonight is our last formal night for this cruise. Before dinner I’ll be going to the Captain’s Circle cocktail party. I hope they have really good diet coke! Here’s hoping for a great day in Grand Cayman tomorrow.
