St Kitts & Nevis

went on my adventure to the island of Nevis today, a place where I haven’t visited before. We boarded the Spirit of St Kitts around 9:00 this morning and set sail. We stopped and snorled for a while on the way to Nevis. The snorkeling was pretty good. We arrived in Nevis on Paridise beach. This is a pretty isolated stretch of beach bordered on one side by the Four Seasons Resort. We had a nice Bar-b-que lunch and then I walked the beach to get a good look aroung. It is a very pretty island and the swimming was great. Like Frigate Bay on St Kitts, this beach had dark volcanic sand which fries the bottoms of your feet if you are not careful….except for big strong, tough guys like myself. After a couple hours on Paradise beach we set sail again for a nice relaxing sail back to St Kitts. Overall I gave the day two thumbs up. Tomorrow we are off to St Lucia…should be fun. I’m not sure what I’ll do…may take the day off, never know. After I got back to the ship today, once again I saw my friends Tracey and Paul from the band Illusion aboard the Celebrity Constellation. Tracey said to say hello to our friends Patty (Sweets), Emily (Girlfriend) and Jim (the Mayor). I included a photo of Tracy waiving hello. Great day!
