At Sea

I went out first thing this morning to find out the Captain’s forecast was quite correct…40+ knots of wind. Fortunately, last night I gave this problem some thought and figured out that there would be one spot on the ship where you could get out of the wind and still get sun. I went to deck 15, by the topsail bar and captured the spot early this morning since only one chair could be accommodated there. There were a lot of envious people who were getting blown away. For me, the day turned out great…sunny and no strong wind. Life is good. Tonight is formal night so I look forward to a nice evening with some great food. Tomorrow we go back to Tortola. The Captain said we will be about an hour late. Not sure what I’ll do. I would like to go to Cane Garden beach but I’m afraid the conditions may be unfavorable like our last visit due to the high winds we have experienced. Time will tell….whatever, tomorrow will be great.
